campania passito bianco i.g.t.
Made with native Fiano grapes from selected plots of the family-owned vineyard in Montefalcione, where the microclimate, at the beginning of November, favors the development of the noble rot. The search for the perfect time for the harvest, careful vinification and aging ensure that Passito Terredora made from Fiano grapes has aromatic and structural complexity, as well as an elegant personality with an austere vein. Not the classic sweet Passito but a perfect dessert wine where soft cheese accompanied by honey and jams comes to the fore.
Variety: 100 % Fiano.
