Grape Variety:
100 % Fiano.

Production area:
our own vineyard at Montefalcione and Lapio.

Winemaking:
from fully and over ripe grapes harvested in mid-November. Following a careful selection, grapes are soft pressed and the juice fermented in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures. Aged in French oak barrels around 12 months.

Tasting notes:
bright golden yellow colour; it has a rich complex nose aromas of dried apricots, ripe peaches, orange peel, chamomile, honey, acacia flowers and vanilla. Sweetness well balanced with alcohol and lively acidity, offers an elegant personality and voluptuous and pleasingly lingering finish.

Food pairings:
cakes, Neapolitan pastiera (pastries), fruit tarts, vanilla Bavarian cake, cheeses with jam or honey. Serve at 14°C.

COLLI D'IRPINIA


Grape Variety:
Leccino, Frantoio, Vescia and Moraiolo.

Production area:
olive trees climb up the sunny, steep hillsides of all Terredora vineyards in Irpinia.

Winemaking:
Hand picked olives, in between the end of October and the first week of November, are pressed gently with a continuous cycle cold-press. The oil, decanted naturally in stainless steel tanks, is bottled young.

Tasting notes:
wonderful green color, it has a fragrant fresh herbal aroma with a particular fruity bouquet and overtones of almonds and toasted hazelnuts. With a velvety consistency on the palate, it shows a sweet and fruity aftertaste.

Food pairings:
perfect for Mediterranean cuisine, for fish and seafood, salads, vegetables, grilled meats, bruschetta, pasta, bean soups. Total acidity: 0,20 pro Liter.

Grapes of a single variety of vine:
Mono-varietal grappa from selected skins and lees of the following grapes variety: Aglianico, from the production of the Taurasi DOCG - Fiano, from the production of the Fiano di Avellino DOCG - Greco, from the production of the Greco di Tufo DOCG.

Production area:
obtained by steam-heated distillation in a non-continuous still.

Tasting notes:
the nose is a complex and harmonious blend of each of the grapes from which it originates. In the mouth, it is dry and round with a powerful yet elegant finish.

Food pairings:
to serve at the end of a fine meal.
