Grape Variety:
100 % Aglianico.

Production Area:
our own vineyard at Lapio, Campore.

Winemaking:
from grapes selected in the best vintages only. Maceration on the skins for 15-18 days, fermentation at 28°C. Aged in French oak barrels for 24 months and then for a further 24 months in bottle.

Tasting Notes:
deep ruby colour with garnet reflections; wide and complex bouquet with hints of black cherry, fruits of the forest, plums, spicy scents of violet, tobacco and mineral note. Full bodied, silky, elegant on the palate with defined tannins and pleasant long finish. It will continue to age and develop for more than 10 years.

Food Pairings:
roast and grilled meats, game, wild boar, ragout, spicy dishes, truffles and aged cheeses as seasoned provolone, parmigiano or gorgonzola.

Serve at 18-20° C; allow breathing in a decanter for some time before serving

FIANO di AVELLINO D.O.C.G.


Grape Variety:
100 % Fiano.

Production Area:
our own vineyard at Lapio, Campore.

Winemaking:
grapes harvested at the end of October. 50% fermented and aged in French oak barrel, 50% in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.

Tasting Notes:
straw yellow in colour with golden reflections; rich and aromatic; the bouquet is intense, complex and elegant, with a wide range of aromas: pears and citrus fruits, with hints of honey, acacia flowers and vanilla. Rich, elegant and mineral on the palate, it has an extraordinary aromatic persistence. The wine rewards cellaring, continuing to develop its complexity of flavour for many years to come.

Food Pairings:
risotto, fish tartar, seafood and elaborate fish dishes, white meat.

Serve at 12° C.
