Fiano di Avellino D.o.c.g. Terre di Dora WHITES

Grape Variety: 100 % Fiano
Production area: Our own vineyards in Montefalcione and Lapio
Wine-making techniques: Produced with cold maceration from grapes harvested in the first ten days of October. The fermentation is at controlled temperature after cold settling and the wine is matured on its lees for several months.
Tasting notes: IMedium gold with subtle notes of mature fruit and flowers with hints of pear, apricot, citrus fruits, toasted hazelnuts, acacia, hawthorn and honey. It is persistent and aromatic and will reward a few years’ cellaring.
Food pairings: Ideal as an aperitif with oysters, seafood salad, shellfish and haute cuisine fish dishes. Serve at 10/12°C.
