Production area: Selected vineyards on Vesuvio slopes
Wine-making techniques: Produced with cold maceration of grapes harvested at the beginning of October. The fermentation at a controlled temperature of the must, decanted cold, is followed by careful refining in stainless steel tanks.
Tasting notes: Straw like yellow in colour, It has rich and intense scents of mature fruit, pineapple, white peaches, broom and a particular scent of liquorice. Soft and well structured, it offers the palate, tones of fruits and minerals.
Food pairings: A wine for the whole meal, it accompanies hors d’oeuvres, seafood dishes and fish. Serve at 10/12°C.
