Olio extravergine d’oliva

From the olive groves on the hills of Irpinia Olive Varieties: Leccino, Frantoio, Vescia and Moraiolo
Production area: Our olive trees climb up the sunny, steep hillsides of our property.
Production techniques: The olives, picked by hand at the beginning of November, undergo pressing with traditional stone machines. The oil is then extracted “cold” and decanted naturally without filtering.
Tasting notes: Green in colour with slight straw like yellow reflections, it has a fragrant herbal aroma and a particular fruity bouquet with overtones of almonds and toasted hazelnuts. Warm and fruity on the palate, it has a velvety consistency and the after taste is sweet and fruity.
Food pairings: It is an ideal uncooked condiment for Mediterranean cuisine, particularly suited to grilled fish and meat. Total acidity: 0,20
