Grappa Lapiana

Mono-varietal grappa made from the skins of selected skins and lees of the following grapes: Aglianico grapes, destined for the production of Taurasi DOCG, Fiano grapes, destined for the production of Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Greco grapes, destined for the production of Greco di Tufo DOCG.
Production techniques: It is obtained by steam-heated distillation in a non-continuous still.

Tasting notes: The nose is a complex and harmonious blend of each of the grapes from which it originates. In the mouth it is dry and round with a powerful yet elegant finish.
