Grape Variety: 100 % Fiano
Production area: Our own vineyards in Lapio
Wine-making techniques: The grapes are harvested at the end of October. The must is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and kept “sur lie” for 5-6 months. 50% of the wine is matured in French oak barrels for six months and then blended.
Tasting notes: Structurally rich and aromatic, straw like yellow in colour with golden reflections, the bouquet is complex and elegant with a bouquet of mature fruit, from pears to citrus fruits, with hints of honey, acacia flowers and vanilla. It is rich and ripe in the mouth with good length. It will improve in bottle for up to three years.
Food pairings: It is ideal with risotto, seafood and elaborate fish dishes. Serve at 12°C.
